MELINAKI takes special care in preparing each order for delivery. Your exclusive piece will arrive suitable for gift giving. Each piece is carefully polished and placed in an organza or velvet pouch. Your piece is then packaged for shipment. Orders may be placed using Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.

Shipping Information
MELINAKI uses USPS for all orders. Delivery time will vary based on your shipping selection and location. Orders are processed as soon as possible, and shipped within 24 hours. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Should there be any other delay in your order, you will be contacted immediately. You may contact MELINAKI with any additional questions or special shipping requests.

Returns
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, MELINAKI will accept items for exchange within 7 days of purchase. Call MELINAKI at 857.205.9256 to discuss your concern and initialize an exchange.

Sales Tax
A sales tax (6.25%) is applied for all orders shipped to addresses in Massachusetts.
